You are misleading..
First of all, SN had zero debt prior to the recent deal.
Look at the deal, they paid a very low price for very good assets, ones that will immediately be accretive to earnings and add positive cash flow. Do the math .
The stock was flirting with $20 during the Cramer pump show, now it's flirting with the $17s. Don't blame me, I just use a calculator.
