    Insider Buying

Problem I have with LIWA is that there hasn't been any insider buying for quite awhile. In fact, Yu Yang, an officer, has sold 298,000 shares at average price of $5.10. If Mr Yang starts buying again-then the stock should fly.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

This question was raised many times on this board already. Yu Yang earned $150K a year as CFO between 2008 to 2010 and was demoted down & making $100K currently. With his income, those 300K shares he bought probably was through loan, he sold 2/3 to reduce his borrowing and recognize some profit. He has not sold his remaining 100K shares since then.

The new CFO has not reason not to exercise some of her option if she believe the financial statement that she signs off each year. I've got an answer to that question from some source "She doesn't have any money to do it" which it hard for me to take it as an answer. Her public assessment on LIWA to the public is "US market is tough right now", and I thought that is her job to induce confidence to the public instead of passively makes LIWA a punching bag.

I just cannot come up with a POSITIVE reason why CEO of LIWA is not buying the stock when LIWA was trading below $4. I am still looking for an answer. CEO has more than $2MM in USD or more, he believe LIWA is going somewhere, he believe the financial of LIWA is real, he dedicates his life to LIWA and apparently not going any where, he is succeeding in growing LIWA.

BUT HE REFUSE TO SHOW TO THE PUBLIC THAT HE IS WILLING TO PUT HIS MONEY TO WHERE HIS MONTH IS, he is willing to pay $8/share in 2011 and shows no interest in 2012, now that is very hard to believe.

      Sentiment: Strong Buy

The CEO has lost his credabiltiy. Daphne has lost her's too. The mgmt has all but lost theirs too.

Their self enduced "Quite Period" that lasted twice as long as they told us started it all and after that we never got a formal statement as to why they put us all on hold and for what and a further decreased share value. Since then its been all dwn hill since with nothing but continued lip service cared about and valued shareholder comments and no actions.

The obviously blew it and why big funds left Q3 last year and why no big money is initerested no matter what they do.

Expect the worst and hope for the best and in the last 2 years that equated into new all time low and still nobody cares.
