    Downgrade a joke!

Basically, they are downgrading it because the stock price is doing nothing!

    • Pretty shallow analysis. No debt is characterized as " reasonable " and " relatively favorable " which seems a bit of an understatement. Why don't they just admit to being momentum traders who jump on the bandwagon to exaggerate every move ?

that would seem to be the case because they put that upgrade together just a week after the high volume LIWA breakout. Now, since the breakout flopped, they decide to downgrade.

Definately more technical driven than anything and fundamentals have nothing to do with it especially as they talked about LIWA strengths in both the upgrade and the downgrade.

        Too funny.

        Sentiment: Strong Buy

TheStreet upgraded LIWA on 5/31 at $5.50. Then 30 days later they downgrade it at $5.

The stock goes down 10% in 30 days and they reverse and downgrade it and at the same time reiterate LIWA's strengths. LOL

Just by looking at the target price on the upgrade by The Street the last time to $6.50, you can tell it is computer generated rating increase. It probably went through some basic review by human before posting it. How can a stock got down graded because of drop in stock price in 30 days? The reason for the last upgrade is because the fundamental & total return on LIWA justifies despite of low gross margin, that is what they said. Now they reverse the opinion by using the same reasoning when LIWA was at HOLD prior to the upgrade.

They should say downgrade with the reason that US investors has low interest in Chinese RTO stocks due to the lack confidence in the financial reporting of these company because no auditor oversight function can be performed by PACOB.

When Cramer says 'buy', you sell. When Cramer says 'sell', you buy....Works all the time.
