Why not $45 on Supreme Court ruling?
Throw out Obamacare and why would STJ not go to at least $45? Not many expect the whole law to be overturned. Certainly most of the money is on overturning the mandate and striking some provisions but keeping the medical device tax. Throw out the whole thing and medical devices should pop good.
The mandate is not severable from the law so those who give no chance to throwing out the whole law are just plain stupid. There is a good chance they throw it all out and I think they will. This is not the AZ immigration law.
It astounds me that the analysts on TV all think there is no way they throw everything out. They should be fired if the Court overturns it all.
