Citadel now at 5.43%. 5 holders have 59%
Franklin Resources at 16.1%, Icahn at 14.9%, Rachesky at 14.9%, Gabelli at 7.1% and now Citadel at 5.43%. Those 5 holders are at 59% of the outstanding. Obviously first they need to sell the less than desireable parts and fix the company in 2013. With 2 seats for Icahn and 1 seat for Rachesky they are on their way. They could just circulate a consent form to completely take over the board early next year so they can sell the company to Volkswagon, Fiat or whoever else wants it and there should be a way to do it and take advantage of the NOLs. I like this stock.
