The way many stock scams work and are setup is to have many alias accounts not attached to insiders hence the report today that no insider has moved any shares. These many alias accounts will be issued stock for services rendered or buy shares dirt cheap because it's a bulletin board stock. Once these alias accounts are set up with enough shares, the foot work and promotion begins: internet promotion, people in many large cities will go to endless places to tell everybody about a secret, inside information regarding a booming company ready to explode(many bartenders are approached, believe it or not). The stock goes up, alias accounts are sold at a much higher price and cashed out, and the law can't touch any insiders. By the time the law starts investigating everybody is gone. And that is why you never buy a BB stock with ridicules financial statements selling a machine called "Wideboy."
