JMO but I think long term value players. The recent moves to acquire SEH, and the strategic alliance in toxic soil sampling, may not yield much in near term results--but they add tremendous operating leverage longer term w/minimal financial leverage required to do so. You can expect a normal digestion period followed by significant longer term revenue and EPS growth. PESI is a company to buy and hold for years (i know that is out of vogue). Heartland is a pretty smart example of an investor who understands that line of thinking.
