Class action heacyweight, Biggest success was anti tobacco class action. Interesting quote: " John Climaco is so powerful that Vice President Biden went to Climaco's downtown Cleveland office for a little elite fundraiser for the sitting Governor of Ohio."
Welcome to the BOD!!!!
Whenever you see a powerful individual become associated with a #$%$ ant company (like PESI), sit up and pay attention. Watch how much stock he accumulates through grants and open market buys.
Forget the charts. This event is the buy indicator.
given the anti tobacco class action, i'd be thinking more about what he could bring to the table if the whole anti-fracking water contamination thing becomes a big deal, i.e., illness or worse getting linked to methane and arsenic seeping into wells and water streams.
Your continued and ongoing negativity and playing devil's advocate, looking at every piece of information as if there has to be some underhanded spin to it, on every single post/topic is getting a bit ridiculous.
Accept it for what it is - a very good addition to the board.
maybe that makes no sense, I wonder if there would be an inherent conflict of interest to both be on the BOD and represent the company as legal counsel. just searching for a reason why a renowned guy would get involved here. market seems to like it.
