I have previously messaged regarding Centofanti. Regardless of what someone might think about him, especially as chief executive, he has a long track record as a sucessful deal maker, including Safety and Ecology Corp which they have absorbed now and strengthened PESI capabilities. He is in his 70's now and has a significant portion of his and his wife's networth tied up in the stock. He is well regarded in the industry. I believe he has been manuvering the company for the future to get a better payoff on his investment but can' say exactly what he has in mind. Can't say the timing either. I am bullish longer term.
