When you state "a major WRT competitor" I figured Broadsign or maybe Stratacache, but Allure? Had to look them up and they seem to have a few cinema and stadium clients but that does not make them major at anything..... If George works for them he is the only one with any industry name recognition/credibility.
So are you saying that every garage based DS company is a major competitor?
When is the reverse split/going private going to happen? I am betting within 90 days.
Allure was purchased by a POS company in Atlanta a couple of years ago. They specialize in menu boards. They are in Wendy's, Chik Filet, Burger King Franchises etc. Broadsign and Scala are enterprise signage companies, offering an AV company the ability to provide a digital signage solution. They are not focused in the menu board business like WRT, StrataCache, Allure. Allure has as many or more menuboard installations as WRT if you pull Aramark out.
