    hydrogen

    another stock i own is APD. i own it form many reasons, but one primary reason is for their leadership role in hydrogen and LNG. Of course is a long term hold for me, but for the push towards the use of hydrogen to fuel vehicles of all varieties (and it is a reality), the need for NG should grow tremendously. any thoughts on the combination of the 2 industries are appreciated.

      I can't get excited about hydrogen at this time. NG, electricity, or etc. are needed to produce it; which makes it inefficient. One can use compressed NG or batteries to power the same vehicle without the inefficient hydrogen step. I'd be more interested in plug-in hybrids or vehicles to run on compressed NG.

      Ethanol from corn is a mistake, corn is too expensive. They need to produce it from abundant waste cellulose. All IMO.
