Both have issued new shares recently. AGNC issued about 20% more shares, CIM about less than 15%. AGNC opened at about 26 when sgares are offered, now it is at $29.33 after a month. CIM offered at $3.85, now at $3.90. And AGNC use much higher leverage than CIM, so which one you would like to buy?
