Waiting for the spo makes a lot of sense. No one wants to buy until they can feel the bottom. And QE2 ending is a question mark for any interest sensitive stock.
Has anybody got answers to update my knowledge atout REITs and why do they differ so much about their dividend payments? What getermmines risk factors in each case.
