Nice, yes. But I'm in CIM for the divy/yield. (That's what I tell myself after watching it drop 30%)
I can relate. I got in @ $4.20 and have cost averaged down into the low threes.I entend to hold on for another year and will hopefully be ahead by at least the div.
I just got in at $2.87. I don't see too much of a downside if the divy stays intact
