Sold last week (after several years, I might add) and left licking my wounds. There are just too many other good companies out there with far greater transparency to waste any more time with CIM. There's just too much uncertainty and mud in the water here; I don't mind taking a flyer on a company in hopes of a payoff down the road, but my main problem here is that there's no meaningful way to really judge the risks, what with missing financials, required restatements, etc. Even one of the more positive signs, insider buying, gives me pause because they all bought the exact same number of shares. When have you ever seen that happen?
I'd love to hang on and see what happens, but I've learned to trust my gut over the years and it's telling me to exit, stage left. Nevertheless, GLTA.
