"As of March 31, 2010, Mark Meller, our President, owned approximately 75% of our outstanding shares of our Class A common stock (assuming the conversion of outstanding debt into shares of Class A common stock and/or Class B common stock)."

Here, let me quote that last bit for you again:
"(assuming the conversion of outstanding debt into shares of Class A common stock and/or Class B common stock)."

What outstanding debt is being referred to you ask?
Here is another quote from the SEC filing to explain:
"(1) Includes 17,521,107,521 shares of our Class A common stock issuable upon conversion of $1,024,985 due to related party accounts with Mr. Meller."
