I tried to own ZOLT a while back, but if you listen to their CCs and do some DD you might find, as I did, that the CEO doesn't play well with others. For that reason I decided that the stock was not something I could own.
Much like CREE, no matter how good a business model looks on paper, if the company is run by incompetents I cannot own it.
