If Romney looks like (or is) a winner

All for-profit schools will soar because that means Harkin's harpies will have to flush their report down the drain. Harkin has already admitted that no legislation will get through the divided Congress this year. In 2013, if Romney wins, Harkin's anti-for-profit legislation will face 3 barriers. A judge has already struck down the Gainful Employment Rules as "not based on any facts at all". Congress will still be divided (and worthless), and President Romney will laugh his butt off if Harkin tries to get anti-business legislation past him.

Be prepared for a melt-up of all for-profit stocks. Shorts will be the biggest driver of this melt-up.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy
