Secondary or divident cut coming...
I take a look on their financial statements and in my view, this kind of dividend yield is simply unsustainable, (not supported by cash flow). Codi classical example when they put some lipstick to pig. Recent insider buying was just smoke & mirrors.

This guy is an uncannily accurate negative indicator. Just do the opposite of what he recommends. Here are his short recommendations between July 2 and 6 with the current prices in parentheses behind the short rec:
CODI @ 13.6 (14.50)
SLRC @ 19.05 (19.83)
PLOW @ 11.51 (11.60)
ASPS @ 24.4 (25.72)
WAC @ 16.03 (16.71)
That's quite a grouping. Sure, it's 180 degrees wrong, but to be that consistently wrong is impressive.

I'll take the other side of that trade...
Only reason to have another offering is to fund a new acq (I dont think either are in the pipeline because of the recent insider buying)
Short all you want, but you wont like it when that divi announcement is made next week.

I don't know, it's looking like he may be right. Since the manipulation stopping, CODI has only went down and continues to fall like a rock. Down a nasty 3.5% today with the rest of the markets up. Something smells!!!
