Wachovia says 12x FFO for 2008 for a price of $16. Therefore they are looking for FFO of $66 million (16 / 12 = $1.33 ffo x 49.5 MM shares out = $66mm of FFO for 2008). Get real! FFO would have to go up 65% from the last annualized reported quarter. Ain't gonna happen. We will be pleased if they make enough to pay the dividend on the new 10MM shares outstanding which is an extra $11 million/year.
