I ran investor relations for a public company for years, know the rules of the game, have time-tested results from other investments, and you call me a "rookie". Maybe you should visit another board, or pick on someone who has less experience investing across a range of healthcare-related industries. As indicated in my previous post, I was VERY diversified previously, and only recently chose to invest in a single issue. Everyone has their own strategy, but to call someone a rookie when you do not know their history is ignorant.
I know very little about REITs but I know about stocks. I decided to invest in REITs 40% of my portfolio. Started with 100 of them, established 10 criteria and screened them down to 5-6. MPW was right there, made it in every elimination. GL.
