In my opinion, this company has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. The worst customer service of any company that has ever existed on the face of the world, EVER. They are absolutely incapable of showing up for scheduled appointments. I have had appointments for 5 days straight, and no one has shown up. It is the worst company. DUMP these losers big time. DUMP their stock! I have spoken to TRISHA,COLLEEN, JAMES, ELISA, MARJORIE, KEITH,RYAN, MAURA,VALERIE, AUDRA, SELENA, and SHARMA among others. I have had service confirmation numbers and Issue Tracking Numbers. STill, not one repair person has shown up. It is shocking that a company that is this inefficient can remain in business. If you are a customer, dump them. If you are a share holder, DUMP THEM. I am getting Direct TV.
I got my service installed for Cable Modem. Tech came during the appointment window. Service has been rock solid and steady as a rock. No troubleshooting needed. It is working 100% GREAT.
RCN is horrific and had missed appointments when I moved over my cablemodem. Hung up on me several times, my install date was delayed because they went to the wrong place to install service. Had service installed, wound up ripping it out and cancelling and switching to Time Warner Cable for cablemodem. Wound up keeping the other company only for TV because we had a contract but I returned the box and cancelled cablemodem service with them.
This is true. This company has the lowest quality customer service in the industry, most likely the world. I cancelled all my services and placed my business with other companies, just to find out almost all other companies are more competitive in price, features and customer service. This company will experience its downfall as soon as everyone finds out there are better option and companies out there.
I completely agree. I tried to leave scathing feedback under the "Contact Us" section of their website. It doesn't even function. How can they improve if they don't allow customers to leave feedback? Obviously the management doesn't care about customers. I would recommend shorting this stock. They have no intentions of improving their service in a business where service should be at the forefront of management's attention.
