The company spends a lot of money on ads trying to attract new customers and get existing ones to upgrade. I was willing to do this, BUT the service reps did not call me back. After a couple of tries I gave up and remain with their competitors. Now if TWC called I'd tell them to go take a hike (not meaning a rate increase - but they will need to do this because of losing customers like me).
A chain is only as strong as its weakest link. Poor response time or no response at all negates all the other things they're doing. Fewer customers = less revenue and profit, or haven't thwey figured that out yet? Avoid.
