When we cannot log onto our TWC account online in order to examine our bill, so we are forced to call customer service. AFTER NEARLY ONE HOUR OF HOLDING ON THE PHONE TWC delivers me to a call center operator who does not speak intelligible English; after 30 seconds of call center craziness, the operator says that I will get a call back within 20 seconds. An English speaker calls back. They take down my name, my account number, my telephone number, my address, etc. etc. The English speaking operator says that after years of being a TWC customer, I have to re-register and create a new account (reason is not explained). The entire process is stupid.
Honestly, there is really not enough on cable TV to merit the cost and inconvenience (again, TWC customer service and website are awful).
