    TIME WARNER SUCKS

    Just got off a 1.5 hour chat with Time Warner support. They transferred me 7 times before I even got a chance to explain the problem, and then they told me they couldn't help me. They also told me they have no phones in the office. This is a #$%$ communications company and she's trying to convince me she doesn't have a phone! I eventually asked her where she was and she said India.

    Time Warner should know the savings they realize by hiring incompetent Indians in India is going to make me and many others choose to cancel their service.

    Thanks TWC for putting yourself on my #$%$ list. Me and my group are going to short the hell out of this piece of #$%$ company until they beg for our mercy.

    Sorry stockholders, but it's just business.

      49 billion assets and 42 billion liabilities. This company is obviously in really poor condition if it's carrying so much debt.

      PS, I have the chat transcript from my chat with TW support in India. You people should be ashamed of yourselves holding stock in this company who steals jobs from Americans and gives it to dumb indians in India. The chat proves what incompetent #$%$ they are and the entire organization. She didn't even have a phone in the OFFICE!! What #$%$ poor conditions they have and yet the stock is way overvalued, even if it was $10 per share. Do the math folks, this stock is pure crap because the product is crap and the balance sheet is crap.
