Agreeing with others that we have had a great run up YTD with TCAP. We also have the secondary money being put to use recently. Quite a bit which is nice. We will have an increase in NII in Q4.
As for the price pullback... imo $24 was a bit too high. $22 is a bit better for its valuation and has stabalized so no route or panic. Just profit taking and nothing to worry about.
After last earnings in May and NAV increased I gave up on holding out for $18 share price to add more and that with the NAV increase the share price would go up. I like TCAP and its not overpriced so my nitpicking over $19 or $18.50 seemed silly over the long term and for a $50 div lol. Added somewhere in the $19s. Sure glad I did.
Do you mean price? The stock has had a great year and is up over 50% from low of late last year. It peaked at over 24 and pulled back after the downgrade and has been steady since then. Down a little now, but holding well over 200 day average. Making new investments which should lead to more income. Looks ok to me.
