If you are already long & the stock is increasing its NII and its
dividend, why wouldn't you continue to hold a stock that is producing
what investors want. There appears no signs of new non-accurals
at TCAP and they will add new orginations to the portfolio.
I would be interested in knowing where you are going to take your
TCAP proceeds to invest to find the same level of income and capital
I think, by definition, you just reduced the quality of your portfolio.
I, on the other hand, hope for the stock price to draw closer to NAV,
so that I may add TCAP. This management is executing as designed.
The share price is high allright, but try as I might, I can't seem to find a much better BDC. Certainly, there are plenty of other BDC's with higher yield's but they seem to lack the growth of TCAP. Have you been able to find a good place to reinvest your proceeds? I already have too much cash on the sidelines earning very little, so selling TCAP for more cash is not appealing. What to do?
