This stock is ripe to be bought out. Why two reasons make that three:

    1. Number of shares outstanding
    2. Products in the pipeline/Patents
    3. Price

    Just one mans opinion.

    • I can-t help but feel IMMU will be picked up sometime next year. Some addirional reasons:
1_ Approximately 650 total of Us and International intellectional patent propery.. IMMU's May 7th. announcement mentioning three new patent awards.... Cynthia Sullivan, noted the 'Company's strength in intellectual property was recently recognized by the IEEE Spectrum Patent Power Scorecards, which ranked Immunomedics 10th. in the Biotechnology and Pharmaceuticals catagory.based on the numbers and quality of its US patents'. 'The top 10 ranking above industry giants such as Amgen and Merck,...'Every other company in the top 10 has annual sales in the billion dollar range.'
2_The recent acquision on two very strong players in the fields of developing alliances and stragic acquisitions. Peter Pfreundschuk, CFO, and Richard Sherman. Both having very impressive bios.
3_Founder, and Chairman of the Board, Dr. David M Goldenberg, and his wife, CEO Cynthia L Sullivan together own in excess of three million shares. It is unlikely they will resort to liqudate their holding via the open market.
4_Dr Goldenberg will be 75 next year. I believe this plus a questionable following chain of command, wiould be a significant factor in putting the Company on the market. Time to enjoy the fruits of his labor and spend more time with the kids and grandkids.
5_Recently R.F. Laferty and WallakBeth both initiared coverage with a buy rating.

Above, just sone reasons. IWhy the stock isn't at least $8.00 a share...beyond me..

    • yep....I can feel it in the wind.. going to 10 PPS and will be taken out for 15 PPS
