Thanks PEP! You took away our SharePower grants last year because of Obama Care costs, you just took away 401K matches to targeted groups within the organization based a premise you need to be market-competitive and most likely you will take away the livelihood of thousands of paychecks all in the name of efficiencies. What a crock of crap! This company is in trouble and there first move is to shove all the workers off the boat to drown while the so called management can retain their martini lunches on the sun deck. No wonder we have seen a growing number of people jumping off this ship early and going to work for the competition.
I would agree with you but the company only targeted a certain group and took their 401k match. They retained the match for other groups which is the same as selective discrimination or prejudicial treatment of an individual based on their membership in a certain group or category.
If they took away the 401k match for everyone, I would support their decision, but they did not.
