IDC Float and Shareholders of Record

    IDC'ers,
I just found that we're now operating with 33,441,471 shares float. Understanding that 10M was the last float number known, this is triple the previous float and will surely help temper volatility when we begin moving up next month.

I also found we now have 110 shareholders of record.... up from 89 :)

May the force be with you,
    ~ Luke

    • Luke, what do you mean NEXT MONTH? IDC was to move by the end of June 2013! Five days left or is this just another empty promise? Why did the float go from 10 million to 33.5 million? Did the total shares increase? Or is management diluting the stock and getting ready for the kiss of death REVERSE SPLIT?? Temper volatility? One would expect that an increase in volume would take place - I see NO reason to expect an increase in price. The big move was to be in June, now your talking July. Sometimes you sound like a member of management - pushing false rumors.

      • Sophia,
I used to be concerned about a reverse split or management taking IDC back private, but I'm not anymore. Forget that we only have 110 shareholders for a moment and look at the comparison of IDC (IDND) and Under Armour (UA).

        Under Armour:
        Share Outstanding: 105M
        Float: 80M
        Insider Ownership: 5%
        Institutional/Individual Ownership: 95%

        International Dispensing:
        Shares Outstanding: 80M
        Float: 33M
        Insider Ownership: 95%
        Institutional/Individual Ownership: 5%

The difference is obviously the ownership %, because the float and shares outstanding look proportionally the same enough to conclude we're sitting the same from a liquidity perspective. It was a problem at 10M. It's much less of a problem at 33M. This is basically a private company with us lucky enough to be sitting in the 5% (one of the 110 shareholders). We benefit from what ever decision the 95% insider owners choose to do for themselves.

What happens next? The 33M will continue to grow slowly over time. All those millions and millions of .42 cent placement shares handed out over the years will trickle into the market and continue to raise the float up like Under Armour.

What do I mean next month? You know this answer. We are supposed to get the FDA approval and new website in June, this month..... right now! That would mean "next month" we start getting rich... one dollar move up at a time.

May the force be with you,
        ~ Luke
