    American Airlines & PEP

I dont know if this has already been talked
about, but what will the new deal with American Airlines
do for Pepsi (AA announced that only PEPSI will be
served on all of their flights).
    I only had this
tidbit, any extra information will be appreciated. Go PEP

    • the source of your information? My information is
      that Pepsi
will be "added" to the menu of
      softdrinks on flights. Your post
      is so typical of
mis-information that can appear on these
      boards and I caution
all readers to verify the accuracy of
information that may interest you. I am also am AMR
holder and a call to their corporate office in Fort
      Worth, Texas
reveals that Coca-Cola is their big
      demand product but to
      satisfy those that have asked
for Pepsi it is being added
      to the product line.

      • Coke had an exclusive with AA as it does with
many other US airlines... American Airlines did not
renew its contract with Coke and will not exclusively
provide Coke products. Pepsi has never been an option on
AA flights - "Coke is their big demand product"
because it WAS THE ONLY SODA AVAILABLE!

        PEPSI and
Coke will now be available - Passengers can

Did anyone see the full page color ad run in the USA
Today - "Pepsi now availanle on all American Airlines
        and American Eagle Flights"
