HMSY's settlement of the class-action shareholder
lawsuit of a few years ago. $0.38 per share, minus legal
fees TBD, is what shareholders of record during the
class period will receive. You have to be able to prove
that you purchased shares or exercised options during

according to the notice, the company's records are in such
bad shape that they can't tell who really purchased
during this period. Sounds fishy to me, especially since

paperwork from four years ago proving that I purchased in

that in the last 2 days the big trading volume was
when CMDL was going up. It must have been at LEAST 95%
of it in fact. When the chart makes a vertical line
up I take it to mean the trade was at the ask price.
