    • I'm fairly confident they will be profitable both summer quarters.

      • jase i hope and think your right. But i really do believe that with over $300 mill in revenues a profit shouldn't be all that hard to come by if properly managed .... considering the markups. Good luck

      • I didn't get any indication from the conference call that leaded me to think they will turn a profit. In fact, I grew concerned when I was given no indication about that big elephant in the room, i.e., same store negative revenues.

No doubt there will be more revenue due to the new marketing [which was sounded like a trumpet in the call and rightfully so] but the stores seem to be suffering.

I do think the 50 new stores in NY and in airports will be profitable but that's about it. They gotta get coffee in all the stores IN A BIGTIME WAY. And their european method of 'one cup at a time' would be a money maker.
What's so hard to understand about that???

Nonetheless, revenue will be up if only because of summer months. But I'm still not convinced of a profit...they have a long way to go.
