seems to me, he is taking down an inordinate amount of our profit in his compensation. while i like his work and see the structure that MAY yield positive returns......the fact is, it has not yet.
i say cut his pay in half.........and defer the rest when he delivers actual financial results. my concern is we are not driving the investments we have made in restructuring. it all looks good, but we need to really start executing and driving sales.
he gets paid too much for the minimal financial value we are seeing here.
