Andrew Heyer just dumped over 1 million shares

Skind.I 've been fooled by these guys for years. I believe white an co are way ovepaid.I mean the execs take home millions for a co. that makes no money for the owners.I believe this is tolerated cause they are in bed with heyer minstal and co. These are my opinions not facts. If your facts and opinions are superior you will win. I just can't stand to see small investors get fooled again. Heyer just dumped 3% o f the market cap of the co. last week and no one says a word. This co does not exist for the small guy at home it exists as a cash machine for the insiders. No hard feel ins i'm fot the investor not the insiders who rape a co.

    • Stacy; no hard feelings here either. What I know, is that this Co was a dog for many years. The current man team has come in and turned things around. Heyer earned his preffered stock by providing the original financing to bring the Co public. Now that the stock has attained some value, he is just taking his money and profit back out. It is the way it is done. Once he is cashed out, he is done, gone. As for management pay, it is performanced based. They are being rewarded for turning the Co around. Again normal. I made my money the same way and it allowed me to retire at 55. I was involved in the development of Casinos in Vegas. Some made it some didn't. But I took contracts with low cash and high performance bonus structures. I was rewarded for success and made nothing for failures. I also happened to provide the start up money for a small Computer Game Company, that last year sold for over a bil. But it took 5 years for that ship to come in. I play in the stock market for fun, I own a couple of small ranches where we breed Arabian Horses and we are starting a sustainable cattle biz. But it is all business and this is how things are done. I would guess you got into something in the past and lost. Well I have had my losses too. It comes with the game. This game requires you to do your home work, it's called Due Diligence or dd for short. And even after doing a very good job of DD you can still lose your rear end. It happens. It has happened to me. I bought Solar stocks after Obama got elected, that worked out well, not. As far as I am concerned White has done a good job. He came in and retired all of the long and short term debt as a first move. They wrote a 5 year turn around plan and has stuck to it. This is why the stock went from under a dollar to where it is today. Cashing out the preffered stock is the next step to clearing out the debt. This is why we are not concerned about Heyer taking out his cash. But there is one lesson I have learned form all of this, there are always folks out there that know more and that I can learn from. That is why I am on this board. I just bought in and want to learn all I can. Once again DD.
