More Preferred Converted
Mistral filed a 144 today. Explains the large volume the past few days.
Looks like they converted and sold another 5,856.04 of the preferred or 585,604 shares.

This was approximately 500K shares. As of my last reconciliation, I believe there were still something like 8 million to go. I will be watching the next 10-K and 10-Q to understand the big picture. Still, every little bit is progress and a little smaller 8% dividend that JMBA has to pay.

Check out the 10/2 QTR. Says Redemmable Perferred 7,882. If they converted and sold 5,856 leaves 2,026 which (x100) = 202,600 shares.
I respect your comments kdv_vod, but am I missing something?

They may have finished up today having only 2,025.96 left. Easily could have converted and sold the 202,596 with todays volume.
We shall see if we get a new filing in the next few days.

Good news - no more cash coupon and the market absorbed the extra stock nicely.
