Anybody notice we're not hearing buyout deals announced for any companies lately? It's the climate...market still beaten down and uncertain...although it looks to have begun an uptrend.
Trouble is every time we think we're in the clear and the market can gain some momo...there's more bad news from somewhere. Once there is a clear direction....the buyout deals will sprout like mushrooms because all the potential suitors will realize time is against them to negotiate the best deals. GLTA!
That is their stance. People say, "...well, for the right price..", but I believe Kennelly. In a cc ~ 3 quarters ago he said they were not interested in being bought. They really like how they are developing on their own and wouldn't want to compromise that. (My words, but the gist.)
