DKS was DEAD last night folks....stock is OVERVALUED
Parking lot wasn't even half full last night.......and that was the entire night.
This stock, with a Forward P/E of 21 is INSANELY overvalued.
Weak shorts will cover.....but those that hold their positions, and add to them on the LOW volume UP days that this stock has been having, will be handsomely rewarded.
Macy's had huge call volume......but their forward P/E of 11 is much more relistic.
With a much more realistic P/E of 15 for DKS....which is still VERY generous.....it puts DKS fair value at about $27.00 tops.
Go ahead, ignore the numbers......but it all comes back to that eventually.
Just take a look at what's happening to NFLX.
A sporting goods retailer with a forward P/E 33% higher than AAPL is totally unrealistic.
Just waith....and mark this post.....this overvalued, overhyped, stock is going to get clocked.
