Long timers here know I am one of the more objective posters on the board. In that spirit, investors should be aware of the insider selling of DKS taking place in December. Personal financial planning often comes into play in these trades, but it is what it is.
I watch insider sales too. IMHO, I think most of the recent DKS sales are not a negative sign. Most appear to be the exercising of very low cost options. Also, most were before congress extended the 15% tax rate for capital gains.
As a side note, I see that our Mr. Bling couldn't resist the opportunity to diss you and brag on himself. Gotta love shorts like him - but he gives most shorts a bad name!
I place shrill nonsense posters like that on "Ignore" so I didn't know. Ignore is an under-utilized feature more people should try.
I've learned a lot from well-informed short posters over the years. They can bring attention to over-looked trends or weaknesses we miss in our DD. I only ask for facts, not hot air. Those who blow off negative news simply because of their own hyper-long bias are only hurting themselves.
