    Complex Transaction Part II

Imagine that PRXI was privately held and you could not see the day to day price discovery in the share price. If you had received the two SEC disclosures informing of the extension of the auction process - what would be your reaction or assessment now that there was no stock price fluctuation to observe? How would you interpret the disclosures? Probably a much different view and read than you have now. Your view might likely be that PRXI is working diligently to get the deal done. Carefully considering the complexities and different variations of how the artifacts/company/subsidiary could be purchased with the needed Court approval (to possibly even more than one party), results in a rational assumption that this transaction will take more time than initially anticipated. Although not the optimum PR approach - the question is do the delays affect the winning auction bid? To the bidders involved in the auction, the delays should signal increased competition and the reality that the parties still in the hunt must pony up. It is likely that those left in the game have met the Court's requirements or are in the process of proving they can do so. The remaining bidders are likely sharpening their pencils.
