    MS (thinking evil)

sometimes I tend to think evil and is due to my argentine condition: Here the banks nor returned the deposits of savers, and read that in USA some banks are limiting the credit card owners who never even stopped to pay their expenses.

    An example:
The Japanese financial group Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) will control over 20% of the shareholders of Morgan Stanley after announcing it will receive 25 million shares of the entity in the United States, valued at $ 600 million, as part of the capital increase completed Morgan Stanley last week.

Specifically, the largest Japanese bank will acquire 25 million shares of Morgan Stanley at a price of $ 24 per share next May 13. However, following an agreement between both entities, MUFG not make any cash outlay, since the U.S. organization repurchased by the same amount of preference shares held by the Japanese institution since 2008.
Morgan Stanley announced last Friday 7500 that will capture millions of dollars through the placement of equity and debt, after the stress tests to which the entity was referred by the Administration, whose results were made public last week, reveals that the bank should raise 1800 million dollars to cope with a potential deterioration in economic conditions.

that's what I think the price achieved by MS during past the past week.
