Beyond insider buys, is there any short-term action you-all would like management to undertake? I've tried to keep up with this dicussion, and maybe I've missed something, but are there any other ideas that you think could have good short-term effect?
I have been in this stock for years. My cost basis is extremely low, in fact. The lack of confidence I have is due to a belief that management is not really sharp in dealing with the manipulation that has been going on for some time now. Much of this, I believe, has been caused by moves they have or have not made.
It's not just the buys, it's the concurrent misery index.
But I understand, if I had your cost basis I'd have some similar feelings. OTOH, you say you've been in it for a year, and the stock's best days are not that far behind us.
I don't doubt that we'll be revisiting that territory soon, barring unexpected disaster. You know the real value here, so why the failure in confidence?
I added after having sold over 8,000 plus shares from 16 to 14. Figured it was now heading back up. In fact, I did a little successful trading in there, too. Now it's going down for no apparent reason again--which is par for the course with this stock.
I prefer buying stocks that are low in price that look good to me. Had some success doing that (also some complete flops).
Admark. Yes, and what I ment was that the good news he was refering to is that now that he has Scott Jorgenson is that him and us will be mutually happy about that because I just don't think he has the capability or energy to focuse on the company and fend off this short attack that's been going on for over a year.
I think hiring Scott is a fantastic idea that will pay off over time in share price and also free up Jeff to do what he does best.
I personally don't think Jeff had a screw you attitude about share holders. It just wasn't his strength but made it appear that way.
Then why did you make additional buys at 12.66 and 13.03, as you recently posted?
Your complete misery over your BLTI ownership suggests that it would be best for your health if you reinvested in blue chips or real estate.
Crowboy, okay, I thought he was mad at me. I have a few other things going on around here and having one of those days of having to think of to many things at once.
Thanks for clarifying that for me.
