I noticed that a receptionist is even offered stock options as one of her benefits. I like the idea of that. It makes an employee feel more of a part of rather than working for. The feeling of being part owner has to add more motivation to most employees, thus improved performance over all.
>This is the most hiring ads I have seen at BLTI-USA at any given time.
> They must really be trying to mass produce them > to store in those distributor warehouses!!!
Thanks for the laugh, for those of you not aware that is the claim of Herb why the stock was overvalued, warehouse inventory in Austrailia.
Well I keep reading on the board about all the new products and such, but it is revenues. There is another aspect of BLTI sales, replacement of old equiptment. I suppose there would be about a 10 year cycle on the machines.
I hope for an improved next quarter. BLTI has no need to put up a facade, if stock drops in price buy more back.
