The Waterlase iPlus is a new technology which is as fast as a high speed drill. The management has transitioned the sales model from an exclusive distribution system through Henry Schein to a direct sales model. This is close to completion. And during this transition they have been able to increase sales significantly with revenues of over $18 million in Q4-2012. That is quite an accomplishment given that the transition mostly occured during the same quarter. They have started a new subsidiary called Oculase and are looking for partners to invest in the Oculase business. Things are looking good!
