Expect Q4 to be a fair quarter. Less than expected, bettter than last year. I predict $750,000 in sales and -0.04 in earnings per share.
Management and the technical staff are weak. They can't control costs and they can't keep customers happy. Inventory is a big problem too. Balance sheet will show that the CFO can't manage assests. Expect the blame to be put on manufacturing and engineering.
Every earnings statement Biolase releases blames manufacturing or engineering for poor results. The fact is, Biolase does not have domestic FDA approval and that holds back sales. The company tried to get their Millennium laser approved as a water blaser, claiming it was similar to the sand blaster that a Sunrise produces. If management would have been submitted for FDA appraval as a laser, it would now have approval like the Premier laser.
The laser brush is a dead product. The company has spent big bucks developing and on inventory but lack the skills to prefect and bring to market.
Look for Premier to drive BLTI out of the market place by the Millennium. BLTI will have drained all their cash and EuroCapital has to think twice about spending good money after bad.

Bad news, moribund forcasts and bleak outlooks... Perhaps its time to say goodbye to a sinking ship.
I am listening to "Small_Stock_Picker" and SELLING. His analysis seems right on the money. I can only someday hope to have analytical skills such as these.

P.S. Who is buying this thing at 2 7/8? My vulgar calculations show someone (or some group) buying nearly 200,000 shares between 2 13/16 and 3.
