About that insider trans stuff, please read.

I actually chased the insider trades and yes I have to say I am less than pleased that a cool debt-free company would give its top exe's some 30K shares on option to be sold a few days later for the tune of $2million plus, almost $3,mill; given the stock has dropped from $150+ a share down to $70 - I round the numbers but you get the drift. I believed in this stock and hold for me a too large position at the time of purchase, I was sure it was a takeover target as anything under $10 billion with revenue growth can be aquired at almost zero percent interest... I rather blame the PR dept. of FFIV for this, as I read just about the time the stock hit it's low the corporate office was for sale... Hell, FFIV leases the building I think so who the hell cares if they pay a contracted rent to the old Landlord or to Bill Gates or Paul Allen...? FFIv's management needs to do better, I give them a D+ if they were still at University I would place them on acedemic advice to see the Dean of University Studies about their continued course of studies over say flipping burgers. The stock dropped from the $150" to say $70' per share this year, that is a loss of ballpark 53% and we the FFIV shareholders just gave some dude in charge almost $3 million in stock options which in a few days he used - thinking that he could pay the income tax and just go home with a smile. One not so happy shareholder here...
