your right i'm a fry cooker who was given stock options instead of a christmas bonus. However, the big surprise is that I know the truth about you!!! You were actually a chef who got fired from the local sonic and now have a personal vendetta against the company and now our putting all your energy into getting even with the company.
No...Im a project manager in the Pharma industry....although I did work in the restaurant industry when I was younger (server/bartender). I have no vendetta for Sonic, but I feel that their proactiveness in raising pricing to offset costs just prolonged the inevitable. Now its their time to get hit by the economy...In 6 months, it might be a good time to buy, but not now. I think once it hits the mid teens it will be the bottom. I just think you are very partial to Sonic so you optomistic view is a bit too high....but wee will see. As I pointed out in my previous post, you were way off on your previous predictions...lets see were we go from here
Well...you said it would end in the green today...
but it ended down 2% when the markets were up about 1.5%....and you previously said it would end 2007 at $30....
But you were off by $8....future locations that havent even been built yet cannot be factored into the share price. Wall st want to see whats going on now....and now the food costs are rising, cutting into profits....and as the economy slows, this will also affect profits. look at the financials http://finance.yahoo.com/q/is?s=SONC&annual They arent as great at you make out....as I said before, we are all allowed our own opinions, but I think youre being a bit optomistic...best of luck
Yea def. the conferences always give this stock a bounce when analysts at their respective companies realize how good an investment sonic is.
P.s sonic wil be green by the end of the day
There isnt going to be any bounce...look at the financials they posted Sat http://finance.yahoo.com/q/is?s=sonc ...non-eventful if you ask me. being down 1.5% on a day where the market is up big isnt a good sign. Basically, the major holders were shifting their shares between accounts after the new years and now its over...and now begins the slow move downwards as the economy lags...see you in the teens.
