    OT-Robert Howard.....

Passed away from cancer today. He was a Medal of Honor winner (nominated 3 different times), Purple Heart winner (14 different times), Bronze Star winner (Silver Star? I lost track in the time allowed) and many others! See what this man did on YouTube..........he is believed to have been the most heavily decorated soldier in the Modern Era.
I find it hard to believe I've never even hear of this man! I have to pay closer attention.

    • Sorry to hear that a real hero has passed.
One correction - a person does not WIN the medal of honor or purple heart, they receive them for heroism or wounds. I doubt that any of these people think that they have WON anything!
