Fundamentals: Means different thinks to different people. For in regards to coal...
1)Cut natural gas-yesterday 2)China still will grow by 7-9% 3)Most (not all) Co's are sitting at their lows and the bad news is out. 4)M & A noise in the background 5)Cheap money will raise most commodities. 6)Most of this Co's came out early on earnings (warned) and the are not going down.
Ted, fundamentals are purely fundamental and I have to disagree with the statement that fundamentals mean different things to different people. What you're saying creates an oxy moron. Look dude, I have a pretty good gage about your trading strategy, but this isn't the forum for me to go into that in a fare way, nor would it be fare to you. Your last response a sure sign of an uninformed and weakly resourced trader. Seen hundreds of them in my career and have been one in the early stages of my career. You will get caught trading this way, not because your not having a string of success, but because of that string of success. It happens to every trader at some point. You think you have sound disciplines, a core set of principals you trade on, etc. Every trader believes they do, until they get caught in a position.
You have my e-mail address, shoot me an e-mail so we can talk trading further as I was where you probably are right now. Always utilize appreciating resources and not depreciating disciplines. Don't take this post the wrong way, sometimes humility can open a door to greater opportunities my friend.
