Well we have the Walmart number of 3.3 from Seth. I believe my number for Costco is close at 5 units per week. Target IMO is selling 1 unit per week per 1700 locations- They would sell more if they would end cap.
JcPenney over the last two week is selling 1 machine per week based on my local research. Not much of a sample but that is what I've seen with my own eyes at one location.
Kohls I've seen 3 machines sold over two weeks. Again not much of a sample.
I think if the Walmart numbers hold up going forward from July Sodastream is growing at at least 150% to 250% in the USA depending on how the xmas season goes.
Japan/asia and the USA counted for about 40% of topline last year. So overall this company is growing topline maybe 60% or higher going forward.
Target end-capping here, but my sample size is 1. Their website has had sodastream at #9-20 on its best sellers list in all off kitchen and dining for the past month too. My sense is they would be selling more than 1/wk if WMT is 3.2/wk, but I could be wrong certainly. I think SODA will crush earnings this quarter, however, 4q will be the real blockbuster. As Tej has been saying,
